Shipping Information Orders from EarthSmart Toys, LLC will be filled and shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping is free for orders that exceed $100, otherwise we charge a flat rate of $6.95. Some oversized items may require additional special shipping charges. Currently we are using Standard Ground shipping from either UPS or the United States Postal Service for your deliveries. Once the order has been processed it will typically take 1-5 business days for delivery. At this time we do not offer express shipping. Currently we only ship within the continental United States. EarthSmart Toys, LLC does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges will not be refundable. Returns Returns will gladly be made within 21 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition with original tags attached and include the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for all returned shipping charges and EarthSmart Toys, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returned items that are not in new condition, do not have the original tags attached, or do not contain the original packaging.
